Consortium Operations Manager
About us
MyoPax is a pioneering academic biotech spin-off developing breakthrough therapies for severe muscle diseases, conditions that cause progressive loss of mobility, independence, and quality of life, and for which no effective treatments currently exist. Based in Berlin and Copenhagen, we operate from leading biotech incubators (Bayer Co.Lab and BioInnovation Institute) where innovation thrives.
We are looking for a reliable and flexible administrative professional to support the coordination and financial administration of our research projects. In this role, you will help keep reporting, deliverables, consortium coordination, and project documentation on track. Your contribution will directly support the efficient development of transformative therapies addressing urgent unmet medical needs.
Your responsibilities
- Support the preparation of periodic reports for funding bodies
- Monitor project expenditure and personnel costs against the approved budget
- Maintain and monitor deliverable and milestone plans
- Collect and review partner contributions
- Organize consortium meetings and prepare accurate minutes
- Review supporting documents in accordance with EU funding rules, including ELI and Financial Statement requirements
- Support payment processing, budget reallocations, and the maintenance of funding portals
- Maintain an audit-ready archive of project and financial documentation
Your profile
- Experience in project administration, finance administration, grant management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and confidentially
- Experience with publicly funded projects, EU funding rules, or consortium reporting is a strong plus
- Confident use of standard office and collaboration tools; experience with funding portals is an advantage
- Fluent English as working language; German is a plus
- Part-time availability with flexibility to accommodate reporting peaks and quieter periods
- Clear, structured communication, team player
